Chevrolet Repair: 2003 tahoe rough idle, z 71, battery change

my tahoe z-71 5.3l flex has recently had a battery change and startup idling is very rough.  The power steering and a/c are inadequate during the idle period.  It seems more prominent when the engine is resarted later in day opposed to early morning 1st start.  Any suggestions?

you probably need tom drive the truck for a bit so the computer can re-learn what it needs to. on some vehicles the computer will actually lose this info when the battery is removed and the only way to get it back is to put some miles on it. if this does not help and thats ALL you did was change the battery, have the vehicle looked at by a reputable mechanic
