Chevrolet Repair: 98 blazer wont start, loose wire, timing chain

I have a 98 blazer that won't start. There isn't any spark. The coil tested fine, so did a bunch of other things. What could it be?

Could be the ignition switch, fuse, loose wire, timing chain, or one of the other bunch of things you didn't check.
Is there voltage to the distributor?
Is the rotor turning?
Just exactly what other things have you had checked? Ignition module? Distributor? ECM?
