Chevrolet Repair: Power steering Pump Quality, power steering pump, chevy express

I am replacing the power steering pump on a 1999 Chevy Express 1500 w/ 72K miles.  what are the best brands to look at.  I see A1 Cardone, CVU and others on the net but do you have a recommendation.  Also, the hoses look OK but would you replace them given the labor to get into the pump replacement?

All that you mention are rebuilt and not new, new would be the best option, however if you do not want to spend the money for a new one, I would recommend A1 Cardone, it is a quality rebuild, as far as the hoses go if they look ok you should be fine.  Hope this helps
