Chevrolet Repair: 93 geo instrument cluster light, geo prism, backyard mechanic

I have a 93 geo prism and the cluster light has gone out...I pulled and cheked all fuses but there is nothing...I also noiticed the normal dash lights are not working could there be a breaker blown or a relay...I just put a tero in and thats when it happened but have gone thru that wiring diagram and double checked it it is okay... I am a pretty good backyard mechanic.

Just rather be in a dress.  Thanks

I don't know anything about a Prism, but the dash lights are usually dimmed by some kind of switch or dimmer near the headlight switch, and often there is a fuse right on the headlight switch.

Is it possible the stereo ground wire was connected to a light wire accidentally?
