Won't start, battery seems fine, starter turns over, but just won't start.  Could this be a clogged fuel filter?  If so, where is it located?

Hi Tee,
It could for sure be a clogged filter, but there are dozens of other possibilities also.
Check a manual at the library, refference section, and copy some pages, like a systematic troubleshooting chart.
You need to make sure there is spark, then fuel pressure, etc.
The chart will have a step-by-step approach.
The filter should be bolted to the frame, either under the drivers seat area, or back by the rear wheel well.
