Chevrolet Repair: Squealing noise?? 93 Chevy C1500 2 WD, front wheel bearings, chevy c1500

Makes strange squealing when driving. 5 speed transmission. Have checked the tranny gear oil and filled, greased bearings, then changed front wheel bearings, still continues. Disappears intermittently when driving long distances on highway, but always comes back. Any ideas?

There isn't enough information for me to make a good diagnosis.
There is one or two things that come to mind.
If you have a driveshaft that has a carrier bearing about halfway, mounted to a crossmember, that could be the noise.
Brakes are always a possibility.
Tailshaft bushings and seal in the tranny also.
