Chevrolet Repair: 1995 G20 van fule filter location?, throttle position sensor, inboard side

Hello,
I'm having problems with the van running slugish then running fine for a while.  I want to start with replacing the fuel filter.  Can you tell me where to start looking?

Hello Luis,
I would expect it to be clipped to the inboard side of the frame, about under the drivers seat.
I would change the filter, but usually a filter won't clear up and run good.
I'm thinking EGR valve.

Throttle position sensor can also make it run sluggish, but low fuel pressure is sure a possibility, and a new filter is cheap and easy.
