Chevrolet Repair: vents not working, vacuum problem, c2500
QuestionI have a 1996 c2500 with 5.7 engine. recently the air only blows out the bottom. also the a/c does not turn on. i have check any fuses that i could find. i'm i missing something simple? please advise.
AnswerYour problem could be with the A/C-HEATER CONTROL MODULE, A vacuum problem or any one of several electrical components. This is going to take some long diagnostic procedures in order to find the cause and to try and tell you how and what to test would take many hours.
You are going to have to take this one into the shop.
