Chevrolet Repair: 91 lumina stalling, air intake hose, autohelp

my 91 lumina 3.1 multiport fi  keeps on stalling and loops while it idols and i have replaced the fule filter cleaned the enjectors. i also put a new fule pump on about 4 years ago often needs the gas pedel to be pumped to get started plaese help

ps could it be the ignition module or coils

Your most likely very common fault is the normal buildup of a BLACKISH STICKY RESIDUE buildup around the throttle plate area.

gain access to the throttle plate by removing the fresh air intake hose(s) and clean the throttle plate area with a spray cleaner available at most any auto parts store. just ASK one of the counter people for help in selecting a product.

You may need to clean this area 2 or 3 times and on a regular basis as necessary.
