Chevrolet Repair: Code 410, chevrolet venture 2000, gm trouble codes

I have trouble code P 0410 -secondary air injection system. What does the code mean(which part does it correspond to).I think it might be the air pump. Please help me resolve this issue.

There is a link for trouble codes, and OBDII codes, but none of them will open right now for some reason.
I think the air pump system is where you will find the problem. Possibly a diverter valve stuck or leaking.
