Chevrolet Repair: Check Engine Light, chevy suburban, pressure sensor

2001 Chevy Suburban.  Check engine light recently came on.  I have an appointment for Tuesday morning but would like to know more about possible issues.  From reading the manual, seems that it is likely related to emissions system.  Just trying to avoid some expensive Chevy labor if at all possible.

Vehicles have alot of sensors these days, I can name a few, but the vehicle will need a diagnostic run, before the mechanic changes the sensor. Sensors are not cheap.
1. 02 sensor
2. map sensor
3. tps sensor
4. oil pressure sensor
5. temperature sensor
