i have a 1998 chevy blazer and yesterday we driving home  and it seem  do do    funny things ( trany)  like started to  slip and sort,, so i go home and the fluid and it was over full   by a lot and no reverse just a winning noise seem like i had  foward,, got any ideas i thinnk  maybe a seal  blown  thanks for the help  robbie

Hi Robbie, There is a part called the sun shell inside the trans that can cause the no reverse. It can also get so the trans won't move at all. You need to take it to a trans shop and they will tell you that you need a rebuilt trans. This is a good way to repair it,make sure that there is a good warranty on it. Jasper has a 3 year 75k warranty so make sure you get a good one.
