Chevrolet Repair: Digital Dash Replacement?????, salvage yard, digital dash

I have a 1993 S-10 Blazer.  The digital dash has burnt out.  I do not know a replacement part number and am unsure of where to look for it in your general list.  I am also unsure of the engine (4.3) but do not know of the letter type description you have in your system.  Thank you.  Diana

I only answer repair questions, and am not associated with anything that sells parts.
But the letter you are talking about is in the Vin #.
Here is a link that explains the meaning of vin#'s, and the fixit it in the link is purely cooincidental, but it is a good page.

About the 8th digit...an "R" means 2.8L V6, and a "Z" means 4.3 L V6, etc.
A salvage yard may be a better place to get a good dash, cheaper than a dealership.
