Chevrolet Repair: I changed my ignition module..., trany, good luck

Question
I changed my ignition module as I was getting a code 42. Now I am having a few issues. It ran fine for a couple of hours then it seemed to lose power around 60 KM so I tried to excellerate. I heard a bang from the trany and it felt like the trany was stuck. Then I shut down the car for about 1/2 hour and it wouldn't start. It took about 15 mins before it would start again.I checked for codes and nothing came up.

Dose anyone have any suggestions

it really could be a number of things.  I would check to make sure nothing is overheating.  Other than that, I really do not know.  Sorry I couldnt help, but Good luck on it, and if I can help you in any other way, please do not hesistate to ask.
