Chevrolet Repair: Service Engine Soon dash light, chevy lumina, trouble number

This is the 4th or 5th time this light has come on (& stayed on).  The 1st-took it to the dealer-said my #s 3 & 5 fuel injectors needed replacing & we did so.  The second time the dealer said it was because there was a fuel leak-they looked around & ended up replacing the gas cap!  The 3rd time, I went to AutoZone where they used a gadget to "read" the diagnostic computer & told me again I have a fuel leak, although it seems that it is very tiny.  It went on a 4th time but went off by itself a few days later.  Now it's on again.  I'm baffled!  Do I have a lemon?  What's an "I love my 2000 Chevy Lumina" gal to do?  What is going on?

Hi Mary, Without a trouble number I haven't a clue as what could be your problem here. If it is a evap code(gas leak) it could be the purge solenoid,vent solenoid or the pressure sensor for the tank. I would go back to the dealer and tell them to locate the problem and repair it at very little cost to you.
