Chrysler Repair: no power to the coil pack, crankshaft sensor, crank shaft
Question97 chrysler concorde there is no power going to the coil pack what should i check for and there is no power to the crank shaft senser where do i go next
Answer
PCM connector
You have no power to the coil pack because the ASD relay is not energized. The ASD relay will only stay energized when the PCM receives a valid RPM signal from the crankshaft sensor greater than 250 RPM. That you have no power to the crank sensor indicates that the PCM is not suppling the 8 volt power feed to the sensor. At this point you need to check the power feeds and grounds at the PCM. I've included a wiring connector view of the PCM connectors to help you.
