Chrysler Repair: Door lock on 2005 Town and Country, door locks, body control module

Today the auto door locks on my 2005 town and country vehicle stopped working both on both front doors and on the key fob.  When using the key fob, the lights "flash" but the locks won't work. Everything else...windows, interior lights, power sliding door,etc..seems to work fine.  The vehicle is garage kept and only has 27000 miles.  I can't seem to locate any fuse that governs the door locks from the owner's manual.  I called a dealer and he said it might be the "computer"...Any suggestions???

This is a fairly common problem for that year. Disconnect the battery for 15 minutes. Reconnect it and try the locks again. If they work, the Body Control Module may need to have it's software updated. To have that done, you'll need to bring it into a dealer.
