I have a 99 chrysler mini van that I would like to know if I can bypass that module?

Hi Lora,
It is built-in to the electonic module called the body computer. The only way to bypass it is to not use the door key to lock the doors, or the power door locks, or the remote key fob to secure the vehicle. Only use the mechanical push-buttons (like in the good ole' days) to lock the vehicle's doors as you exit. That way the theft system won't be activated. The only other alternative is to figure out why it is giving you problems, but you can avoid it this way.
