When on Automatic my headlights work, but when switched to on or park they
will not turn on, any suggestions?

Hi Scott,
As I review the wiring diagrams, it would appear to be an internal contact problem with the switch. Each of those three positions are connected individually to the body control module by a different wire and the head lamp switch merely ground one of those three wires depending upon which one you select. I would try spraying the inside of the headlamp switch with electronic contact cleaner, via any cracks/hole in the switch body.
You could verify the switch by checking whether pins 8,3,7 of black plug of the switch are grounded one at a time when you switch through the sequesnce park, on, auto.
