Chrysler Repair: turn signal fuse, emergency flasher, chrysler concorde

The blinkers wont work on my 2002 chrysler concorde, but the fuse inside shows that is is good is there one under the hood

Hi Tina,
There are two fuses involved: fuse 9 behind the left endcap of the dash and fuse O in the box under the hood. If those are both good then the combination flasher may be bad. Check to see if the emergency flasher switch works, and if it doesn't but the fuses are good then the flasher is your problem. That flasher is located under the dash on the driver side. You remove the lower edge of the dash (called a 'silencer') and then look up to find the flasher (black box) just in-board of back side of the fuse box).
