Chrysler Repair: location of fan relay, radiator fan, negative cable

Question
Could you tell me the location of the fan relay switch on a 2004 town & country 3.3 Chrysler  ps 450,000 miles original engine etc.

REMOVAL
Open hood.
Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
Remove the radiator crossmember to front fascia closure panel.
Disconnect the relay electrical connector (Radiator Fan Relay).
Remove the rivet attaching the relay to the front bumper beam (Radiator Fan Relay).
Remove the relay.
