QuestionQUESTION: I own a 2001 Chrysler Town and Country and the heater started having problems last winter. When I am parked, it gets very hot. However, when I am driving over approximately 45 MPH, it blows out cold air even when I have it set to inside air. What could be the problem?
ANSWER: check coolant level in radiator first

QUESTION: Wow. That was really helpful. No, not really. All my fluid levels are good and my van is not over heating or anything like that. I thought perhaps the problem may lie in the thermostat?
ANSWER: sorry if i cant hit it right on the head the first time every time u did not give me much to go on.
Low coolant, clogged heater core, thermostat, water pump all of those can be an issue to what U are having. And also internal issue with motors or temp sensor or blend air door issue. Where would u like to start scene u did not like my first answer ?????

QUESTION: I obviously don't know much about vehicle repair. I do know that my heater is working since it gets hot when parked, but blows significantly cooler air when moving. I had hoped that since you work for a Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep place, you might know of a common problem with the Town and Country. I do know that the rear hose coming from the radiator gets very hot to the touch. I don't know about the front hose because I can't see it.
Answer I do know common things why do u think I had asked u to look at the coolant level???
Are u going to be fixing this or are u gonna pay some one? if u are going to pay some one to do this go get it done no need to ask me what I think it is because U wont be able tell me what I would need to know any way. I get about 30 questions a day half are viable questions how do I do this and so on the others are this does not work what could it be. And a few like yours when I ask a few questions to narrow it down I get WOW that was helpful. Sorry lady my esp crystal ball that is right in front of your van looking and checking all of the things I would need to know to narrow it down to the real issue is broke.
