Chrysler Repair: Transmission rane sensor/nuetral safety switch, manual valve, range sensor

Question
My 1999 Intrepid 2.7 liter is showing signs that the range sensor/nuetral safety switch is malfunctioning. Where is the switch located and what is procedure for replacing it? Thank You  Robert

TRANSMISSION RANGE SENSOR
REMOVAL
Disconnect the TRS connector.
Remove valve body assembly from vehicle. Refer to Valve Body in this section for procedure.
Remove manual shaft retaining screw
Manual Shaft Retaining Screw
Slide TRS off of manual valve shaft.
INSTALLATION
To install, reverse removal procedure.
