Chrysler Repair: Window motor, regulator assembly, main circuit breaker

2002 T&C - passenger power window sticks and won't respond to raise/lower button - but does respond if you hold button on while slamming door.  Have read this is symptom of a built in overload mechanism in the motor that become "touchy" over time.  Would like to attmept jumpering it out.  Are you aware of any diagrams available on internet I could access that would show how motor is mounted and how to remove?

its a bad motor  replace it and or the regulator assembly.    has nothing to do with a built in over load  that would be a main circuit breaker  for both windows  not just one.
The brushes in the motor are not touching like they did when it was new thats all.
