Chrysler Repair: Van running hot, losing coolant, radiator fan

I have a 96 Dodge van B1500 5.2. Driving around town and in traffic it is fine but when I drive on the highway 60-70 mph it runs hot. It doesnt make sense to me it just seems backwards. Can you please help?

Hi Randy,
How hot do you mean? Where is the temp gauge showing? Does your radiator fan(s) come on at that time? Does it blow off steam? Are you losing coolant?  Have you touched all 4 wheels to see if a brake might be dragging? Let me know and we'll go from there.
