I need to know how to put in a new VSS on my 98 Lude.

Hi Anthony,
The vehicle speed sensor on Chrysler transmissions is on the side that faces the front of the car. There are two similar sensors, one for the input turbine speed the other for the output speed, and the latter is at the very far end of the trans. So if that is the same for a Honda, you  would see two nearly identical components that screw into the side of the trans, about mid-line in height. You remove the wire connector plug and unscrew it, and screw in a new one to about the same torque as a spark plug. I can't vouch for anything similar in the Honda.
