Chrysler Repair: 1999 t &c no turn signals, turn signals, ohmmeter

i have no blinkers. i checked fuses and didn't seem to find any blown. under dash and under hood. any suggestions?

Hi Brian,
The turn signals are powered by fuse 10 under the hood, and fuse 12 under the dash. So look at those, specifically for a subtle crack in the wire or measure continuity with an ohmmeter. If they are both good then the combo flasher itself would be suspect.
