Chrysler Repair: Electrical: Dashboard lights stay on, dashboard lights, dash board

Question
problem: full dash board lights stay on with keys off and out of the vehicle, key remote locks don't work, fuel line needle drops to empty with 'ding' sound and display reads low fuel when tank is full?

Answer
I heard of this a couple of times. If memory serves, it is a module at the back of the instrument cluster causing the problems. Because of the intricate electrical and safety systems running through the area, it's best to leave this repair to the dealer.
