QuestionQUESTION: ok i am planning on using the ncg with the 03 3.5 so i will need the wiring pix for the ncg/ thru the power distr center and thru fender or werever the diagram stops that way then i need the 2.7 from the fender or under dash fuseblock to the ecm and trans controler etc give me a price and would it be possible to email them? i would like to pay for the diagrams via paypal if poossible thnx Steve

I reviewed the '04 and '99 manuals and as a starter see 50 pages to copy which will cost $4.00 total to copy and mail.
What I have selected are schematic drawings of the engine compartment of the NCG 3.5L as it is installed in that '04 vehicle,
the pin assignments of the 4 NCG plugs, and the wiring diagrams for Powertrain and transmission. I hope that the 3.5L engine also brought along its transmission because the plugs are different for it when compared to the '99 transmission; otherwise you will have to change the plugs which is a challenge. There is no TCM with the NCG set up, since the pcm/tcm are combined.
From the '99 manual:similar schematic drawings of the engine compartment and splice locations in that area, the powertrain and transcontroller plugs (though those may be moot?) I haven't chosen to send wiring diagrams for the powertrain or transmission for that year because those will be moot too, correct?.
While the power distribution boxes look the same, they are actually somewhat different in detail, but I am unclear whether you are going to exhange those too.
As I look at the task, uneducated in detail/just looking at the manual, I wonder whether you will be able to pull this off. I could see replacing the 2.7 with a 3.5 from similar years, but jumping from the PCM/TCM to the NCG looks like a stretch. Also, I have to say that my '99 diagrams may not be accurate for the '01 that you have, in every detail. If you are going to substitute the power distribution boxes let me know and I can copy the pages for that exchange which is another 55 pages in total for both years, and add another $4.00 in cost.
It might be prudent to just buy a used 3.5L PCM from around the '99-01 time period instead. Have you considered that alternative? And if the trans from the 2.7 is compatible with the 3.5 I would use the old trans and not have to deal with the plug issues and any other wiring detail differences.

QUESTION: yes first of all i am replacing the WHOLE thing to into the fender which includes the power distribution also i have to because that is where the harness is damaged the most but like i said i am down to 6 r 7 wires so i am hopin i will be able to pull it off go ahead and send all that you can from the 3.5 ncg THRU the pdc into fender and also the 2.7 from the door to the pdc if you can i kno im gettin in deep here but its ok i want it to be done right so i am redoin it all the way that i can thanx Steve
ANSWER: Hi Steve,
The PDC for the '04 is 30 pages of detailed wiring diagrams, so I will do 75 pages total and it will cost me around $5.50. And if you want the 35 pages for the fuse box under the dash (if you are replacing that) make it $7.25, or if you instead are keeping the old box let me know and instead I'll copy the pages for that from the '99 manual at that same total cost if you want those.
So if you will shoot a payment to my account at Paypal I will do the copying and mailing tomorrow, weather permitting. Tell me a postal mailing address in the Paypal (if it allows for a message) or give it to me here as a follow-up question. And clarify which year's fuse box pages if you send $7.25.

QUESTION: ok i sent payment for th both diagrams but now i just remembered i could find out what pin they are on the 2.7 and trace the same on the 3.5 dont make copies yet lets see what we can do with this first so here is what i got my brother had a manual that has the wiring diagrams but it dont specify some of the years and it dont have the NCG so thats where i need the help now i am writing wherever the manual is sayin the wires go r what they r for so that you can trace them to the NCG hopefully they r color coded to the manual also

I checked all the wires that you have identified and can give you the wire identification code (an alpha-numeric) for each of them and if you are trying to relate one to the other on the '01 (what I call the '99 as that is the manual I am using) to the '03/'04 this identification code should be the key to that crossover.
