QuestionQUESTION: Kevin, Hi
I replaced my computer with an aftermarket one.
The Chrysler dealer programmed it to the car.
They told me to drive the car for 100 miles so the computer could "re-learn" itself.
Everytime I turn the key to the on position, the horn will blow one time.
They want to charge me again to check it out.
Does the computer have to be re-programmed resolve the problem; or, can it be easily disarmed by a fuse, etc.
Thank you,
B Barbour

QUESTION: Kevin, Hi
I didn't have the horn blowing issue before I installed the new computer.
Since it's not a programmig issue, is there something I can do to stop the problem without taking it back to the dealer.
Thanks,
B Barbour

QUESTION: Kevin, Hi
It's a 1995 Chrysler Cirrus.
If it's a bad computer, I suppose the only thing I can do is to replace it.
Can the alarm system be diarmed without shutting off the fuel pump?

Answerwhy did u replace the PCM any way? and no it cant be disabled
here is the next thing sense u got a used one and u dont know if that pcm had an alarm in it u could have vary well created this issue with the used pcm and now u might need to get a PCM and BCM at the same time both brand new. once one of the 2 computers see an alarm system its burnt into the computer.
