Chrysler Repair: 1999 grand voyager security alarm, door latch, grand voyager

do you know how to disable the factory security system? - after doors are locked the alarm will sound for no reason - i have replaced the left door latch and key -   still goes off at odd times
any help would be appreciated

no there is no way of disabling it   what would be the point of having the alarm if any one can just disable it and take your jeep?
Best bet is to have a  dealer look at it with the dealer scanner  and they can see what set the alarm off last and get it fixed right the first time.
