Chrysler Repair: 2004 Chrysler Pacifica, hose clamp, chrysler pacifica

We had pulled out the left headlamp unit to change a bulb and noticed what seems to be oil on the "shelf" below the headlamp unit. It seems there is a leak from one (?) of the hoses to the right of the headlamp unit. We don't know what kind of hoses they are.........can you help us?

Is the oil red or brown? If red, it is transmission fluid and it is probably a leak in the hose clamp that connects the fluid from the tranmission to the cooling coils in front of the radiator. If it is brown then it is engine oil and similarly from a leak at the hose clamp for its cooler.
