Chrysler Repair: blower motor resister, blower motor resister, u switch

Question
my blower motor resister went out fan works on high only, changed resister went out again by next day took to shop they fixed said was ground worked about a week any suggestions?

it was not a ground  the blower motor is nuking the resistor.
meed a new blower motor.  The ground  so they say  it ground when u switch the knob on the ac control head   different path to the same ground  so if 4 setting did not work  I would say yeah  but 1-3 did not work .
