What tool is needed to turn the odd wing nuts that hold the light units in place?

Hi Rikk,
I checked the '93 and '95 manuals (so this must also apply to your '94). They say these "retainer block" for the aero-style housings are simply released by turning the "ears" 1/4 turn in either direction. There is one on the upper edge and two on the lower.
No tool is needed as far as I can see.
