do you know where i can buy good used parts or remanufactured parts for a 1989 dodge omni 2.2L engine. what i am needing is a engine control module.

I have not tried to find such a part. My inclination would be to check at pull-it-yourself yard. It should be one from a car from the same year, engine, transmission, and an omni or horizon. Also, whether your vehicle was sold in Califorinia or not should be matched to the donor vehicle's original point of sale history.
Asking at trade-type parts stores may also get you some leads on remanufactured units.
