QUESTION: Can you tell me if a 2005 Pacifica has an AFR valve? Ot is it a different type of system?

ANSWER: never heard of an AFR valve  which part of the emissions system are u talking about ne way?

QUESTION: AFR = Air Fuel Ratio, which is present on some newer cars. My 05 Maxima does have one, but I'm not suure about the pacifica.

hehe   who ever did u hear this from.  The air fuel ratio u are speaking about is a math equation that is built into the computer  its not a sensor. The one U are more then likely talking about on your maxima would be a mass air flow sensor  and which Chrysler dies not use them.
Chrysler has been using Speed density math sense 1996. Why dont u tell me what the prob is and I can point u in a better direction.
