Chrysler Repair: 1999 300m center stop light, decklid, body harness

Question
How do I access the housing for the center stop light so I can replace the bulb? I have figured out I am going to have to remove the trunk lid cover, but don't know the easiest and/or best way to do this.

CHMSL HOUSING - 300M
REMOVAL
Release decklid latch and open decklid.
Remove decklid cover.
Disconnect CHMSL wire connector from body harness CHMSL - Decklid
Remove fasteners attaching CHMSL to the decklid.
Remove CHMSL from decklid.
INSTALLATION
Place CHMSL in position on decklid.
Install fasteners attaching CHMSL to decklid.
Connect CHMSL wire connector to body harness.
Verify CHMSL operation.
Install decklid cover.
