QuestionQUESTION: Hello. Thank you for your volunteering your time to help me. The rear window washer in my 2002 Town & Country has not worked for some time. I have checked the tubing connection at the outlet. There is no evidence that the pump is running. What should I look at to diagnose the problem? I checked fuses under the hood, fluid level (of course!).

QUESTION: Yes, the front washer works fine. Where is the rear washer pump? Maybe I can check whether it gets power when the switch is pressed.
ANSWER: the front and rear use the same pump I bet u have a clogged sprayer or an animal chewed through the line some where.

QUESTION: Excellent. That is a good lead. Do you know where I cen find out more about the routing of the line, or a likely place for damage (e.g. by animals)? Any way you know to remove a clog? Thanks again.
Answerthe routing goes inside so I doubt it will be inside. Look under the hood first then back by the rear washer. I remove a clog if there is one by apply air into the line at a point.
Un do the line at the sprayer and see if it comes out the tube if so replace he sprayer head.
