Chrysler Repair: Defroster not working, chrysler pacifica, floor vents

QUESTION: I have a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica my defroster is not working
the panel and floor vents are working fine I checked the blend door actuator it is moving I just don not know if it is moving into the right position. Would you have any
suggestions.    Thanks for Your Help... Harry

ANSWER: I dont think u can get to the actuator for the defrost  look on the driver side and see if u can get to the one all the up at the top  that is for the defrost check the motor for power and ground.

QUESTION: Thanks for your reply. I am a bit confused I thought that the actuator for the defroster was on the passenger side under the glove box. Are there two actuator for the system ?

U have 3 or 4 total    1 for mode which is where the air goes  1 for the reticulation door  inside and outside air  and depends if u have dual controls  one for each driver and passenger side temp. the mode door one is on the top of the other ones  driver side.
