Chrysler Repair: License plate lamp replacement, chrysler sebring, negative cable

Question
Do you know how to change the License plate bulb on a 2001 Chrysler Sebring convertable ?

I can't figure out how to remove the len's

Answer
REMOVAL
Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
Remove screws attaching license plate lamp to rear bumper fascia.
Remove license plate lamp (LICENSE PLATE LAMP).
Rotate socket counterclockwise one quarter turn.
Pull socket from back of lamp.
Pull bulb from socket.
