Chrysler Repair: Emmissions monitors, scan tool, emissions

I have a 1996 intrepid that the emissions monitors have not run yet.  Is there a driving sequence that has to take place for them to run.   There are no codes present.  I have driven the car about 15 miles to attempt to get to run.                             Thank You

only a dealer computer has the ability to visually see what rage the car has to be run in order to get the  monitors to run. Simply haft to drive it for a few days and reread it with a scan tool to see if 75% of the tests have run for u to pass the inspection.
