Chrysler Repair: 1999 Chrysler 300m replacement of headlamps, plastic rivets, radiator support

My passenger side head lamp has blown.  I don't now how to get to it to replace it.  Can you please help me before I get stopped by the police.  The area behind the lamp is so minimal I can't get my hand behind it to replace it.

I just replaced both of mine cause my right one blew as well.
I have a 99 Concorde   U get to take off the upper radiator support  13mm   10mm  some plastic rivets and some push pins.
Then pull on the front fascia to get the headlight past it and reach back there and change them.I live in Atlanta if u need some stuff done.
