Chrysler Repair: CAM Sensor, camshaft position sensor, negative battery cable

where is the cam sensor located on a 2003 sebring 2.4l

Answer
REMOVAL - 4 CYLINDER
The camshaft position sensor is mounted to the end of the cylinder head.

Remove the negative battery cable.
Disconnect the PCV hose and reposition.
Disconnect electrical connectors from the camshaft position sensor (CAM SENSOR/EGR VALVE/PCV VALVE).
Remove camshaft position sensor mounting screws. Remove sensor.
Loosen screw attaching target magnet to rear of camshaft and remove magnet (Target Magnet Removal/Installation).
