QUESTION: Thanks for the answer to my question. Is the PCM located near the fenderwell drivers side, and is there anything special I need to know about replacing it? I'm pretty sure It's the original equipment. Can a jeep service department check it to verify if it's operational if I remove it and take it in? Thanks for your help. ED -COLORADO.
Answerdepends on the year jeep u have and if u have a gray key or not. The pcm will need to be on the jeep and programed with the vin and such a dealer yes can do this and no they can not do anything unless it is hooked up to the jeep it self.
