RE: 2005 Chrysler Town & Country minivan
My left side or drivers side sliding power door became gradually worse.  Now, I have to shut the door manually.  If I open the door all the way and activate my key control it will shut, but not close all the way and latch.  I must manually do it.  If the door is closed and I press the console or key control all I get is a click but the door does not move.  As for the button for the passenger on the door column does not function at all.  I have checked the child safe switch etc. and that is in the proper position.  I am guessing that it may be a module, motor or latching mechanism w/pwr locks. Maybe even a combination of all.  A shop manual is obtainable but costs a small fortune at the dealer. I figured you may possibly have run into this problem before I shell the money out for the manual.  If you have a visual schematic you can send me of the door inners I would greatly appreciate it Thanks!!

the Chrysler online manuals don't show pics. The sliding door popping open and not moving I usually see the latch being the issue  the other one have u made sure the over head switch is on and not locked out there as well? I live in Atlanta and I can do some of that stuff for u if u get into a bind.
