Chrysler Repair: PROBLEMS ON MY T&C 99, ecm, leaks

Question
  I JUST A BOUGHT A T&C VAN IN AN AUCTION, AND I HAVE DONE SOME REPAIRS, I CHANGED THE COMPUTER (ECM), BUT NOW, I HAVE 2 PROBLEMS.
 1) WHEN I USE MY KEY FOB, THE DRIVER'S SEAT AND THE MIRROR ALSO, MOVE, SO I HAVE TO ADJUST THEM EVERY I'M GOING TO DRIVE IT, I BOUGHT ANOTHER KEY FOB, BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO PROGRAM IT, AND:
  2) THE A/C JUST BLOWS WARM AIR.
  CAN YOU HELP ME WITH THIS?

the seat issue u will need to program it to your settings  on the driver side there is a switch with a 1 and a 2  and set  put where u want to be and then hit set  then a number  so when u use the key fob it is programed to that one key fob. To program another one  u will need a dealer to do that. The AC could be anything from a low system fill,compressor,leaks, anything some one will need to look at it.I live in Atlanta and I would look at it for u.
