Chrysler Repair: 1996 Chrysler T&C in dash A/C condenser cleaning, vent filter, vent system

Question
How can I clean the condenser under the passenger side dash, I opened the little access hole to see it behind the glove box and it is nastily clogged.  I first suspected a blockage in the vent system when HI was a little more than a whisper so I started investigating it and found that the condenser is very clogged.  I was hoping that it would just be an easy filter change but I cannot seem to find a vent filter.  Does it even have one?

that would be an evaporator not condensor. Condenser is up front under the hood.  U can take out the blower motor  and get to more of it that way  other then that  dash and hvac housing needs to come out.I live in the Atlanta area I would be glad to look at it for u.
