Chrysler Repair: 1999 T/C Van will not start, dashboard lights, cluster board

1999 Town and Country Van intermittent start problems. Drove if for 3 weeks no problem. One morning, tried to start and engine died in about 5 seconds. Tried two more times died. On fourth time would not turn over. Headlights, radio etc work. Dashboard lights on then certain ones disappear. I did hear a pop during one of the times I was trying to start. Towed to deadler. Dealer said cluster board needs to be replaced. Started at dealer by it self. Drove home and next day. Two days later same routine. Sometimes it will start by itself and sometimes it won't. Any suggestions.

needs a new cluster board u spent the diag money for nothing and did not get it fixed  they cost some money  I know but this is a issue that I see with minivans of that year as well.
U want proof  when it starts to act up  hit the top of the dash and watch.
