Chrysler Repair: 2002 Town n Country a/c, cabin filter, drain tube

When I turn my a/c on I got this real fowl oder.   I checked the cabin filter and it was all moldy.  I took the filter out and and cleaned area as best as I can.  I notice I have water dripping in that area.  Its not rain its condensation.  Where is it coming from?

2 things then  the water backs up inside some times on long trips and stays in the box. Replace the filter not clean it and u can also get some stuff to kill the mold that is growing inside there and treat it. Last there is a tube that u put outside on the drain tube that will direct the water down and not allow the air to push it back into the cabin any more.
