Chrysler Repair: alarm system, engine computer, back ground

hey!
i have a 1995 cirrus and i was wondering if you know how to disarm or over ride the factory alarm? because my car will not star due to this problem? and we have tried everything?

U cant its built into Engine computer and Body computer.
U have tried everything  but not everything because its still not working huh? Ne way  tried the key in the door  lock then unlock right??   pass and driver. What about the remote? and last if not most important  are u sure it has an alarm built into it  or is it an after market alarm? If u give me the last 8 of the vin I will run it on chrysler computer system and look to see if there was on built on it. And how about some back ground what caused this to happen stuff like that
